Beautiful place - I stayed for an extended period and was sad the leave. The place is exactly as the pictures show: minimalist, clean and calm. Lovely views on each side - so nice to see Kate’s garden bloom in the spring, and from the front you can watch the sun set on nice days. In terms of the neighbourhood, the street is beautiful and extremely safe. It is in a really pretty, quiet part of Camberwell but well connected and easy to get to more bustling parts of the area (so you have a calm place to stay but are in easy reach of wonderful bars, restaurants etc). Kate was a brilliant host - really kind and helpful as well as discreet, so the space feels private. Thanks again Kate for a lovely stay.

Visited London to compete in London marathon. Booked around 5 months prior .. apartment was lovely and spacious for our three night stay. It was nice to be able to spread out and relax .. lots of nice eateries. Take away Dem was good and yard sale pizzas …. Gipsy Hill station was about a five minute walk and Crystal Palace about 12-15 mins. The apartment had all we needed .. well equipped kitchen … bathroom was nice … comfy bed with feather pillows … very clean .. Anne had left fresh bread and butter etc and there were things we could leave money for in honesty box such as wine and beer and crisps. We were Out most of time so didn’t use the drinks etc. used the dishwasher and washing machine and they were fine. Would recommend. .

Felt like a home had everything you needed like a home, clean, comfortable and the location is excellent with the added bonus of parking outside would definitely recommend. Thanks Iain

This place felt just like home. flat was really specious, loaction is decently central (10 mns from the tube station) which will take you from there to anywhere you desire in London. Finally, Harry was always responsive and made sure my stay was pleasant.
