My family has stayed in many cabins in this area. This cabin is now my favorite! Very well stocked with anything you need to prepare meals. I hope to return!

Comfortable and spacious for our party of 6! All beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. We loved the fire pit, Blackstone grill, and hot tub. Plenty of extras (coffee, spices, trash bags, detergents, etc). I love an owner that allows furbabies as we don’t leave our dog behind. We hiked some awesome trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. A great getaway!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb. We chose to stay here again after having a great stay the first time. The Airbnb was cute, clean, and comfortable. We would stay here again. The kids enjoyed the pinball machine and games. The hosts Jennifer and Doug were very responsive and went above and beyond. They ensured we had everything we needed. If you are looking for someplace to stay in Burnside this is it!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the cabin! The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful as well! Brandon went out of his way to ensure we were in the loop regarding potentially icy/weather and road conditions, and was very communicative and accommodating! We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Great place!

We had an amazing time. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. The cabin was clean it was well equipped with all the necessities. The hot tub was clean and warm. Kathryn was very responsive and easily contacted. The property was beautiful and the service was great 10/10 recommend we will definitely be back!!

Arthur is an amazing host. His cabin is like a little piece of heaven. It is fully stocked for cooking & has supplies for doing your laundry. We have stayed there several times and already look forward to our next trip to Kentucky.

Cabin 1 was a beautiful place to spend Easter weekend. We have been wanting to check out the Big South Fork area and this gave us a chance to check out some local hikes. Mary was very accommodating with our questions. We were able to check in early and check out a little later. Made having Easter brunch very relaxing. The cabin was very peaceful and very private. The stream is literally right outside the door. Our dog loved it. If we had kids they would have been splashing around the whole time. We will be back, to this cabin or even for an extended backpacking trip.

This place was so peaceful and secluded with wonderful views of the surrounding mountain tops and early morning fog rolling in. The home is very roomy inside.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s cabin. It was just what we needed for our trip to the annual Mushroom festival. We will definitely be repeat guests!

Highly recommend this beautiful cabin! Spacious, chic, and high quality craftsmanship. Amenities were thoughtful which made the space feel like a cozy home more than a sterile airbnb. Dennis was very responsive, welcoming, and a great communicator. The cabin accommodated two adults and two dogs, easily. We would definitely stay again! I also hear he’s building another cabin nearby; If it’s anything like the one we stayed in, you should check it out.

Wonderful little place. Extremely clean and had the necessities. Comfortable bed. Very peaceful and private setting. We were only there for a handful of hours as it was simply a place to sleep and shower on a trip south, but we would definitely return just to enjoy the property and stay longer. One thing to note, and Anita can’t control it, but if you are coming in at night/in the dark, the roads can be a little nerve wracking. It still wasn’t hard to find if you follow her directions, but we weren’t prepared for the dark back mountain roads…we should have been though given the location! Just something to be aware of but nothing that would ever deter us from returning. Very nice stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here during a weekend getaway to Wildcat. It is super close to the park. Easy to check in. Would stay again !!

Do NOT hesitate to book this cabin! Being riverside in this gem adds to the serenity of the place. There is plenty of room indoors should you need to stay inside with board games, books, comfy couches, and throws to enjoy. You really are going to want to enjoy the outside though. The view from the deck is spectacular with hummingbirds feeding off the porch feeder on and off. The local bird watching in general is a delight while hearing all their beautiful songs. Be sure to take advantage of grilling and using the fire pit. There is so much attention to detail from Carla and it shows. In the evening, everything is beautifully lit outside with string lights and solar torches without distracting from the starry night sky. Also, the master bedroom has a stunning view to enjoy upon waking, but just know you will wanna stay in that bed for a snuggle. It is SO comfy I ordered the entire set for home on the second day. All in all, DO IT!!!! Carla is a gem of a Human with a gem of a cabin!

I don’t have words how describe this place, is to many things , I just want to said is 100 over 10.

This home is at the end of a private drive and is out on a peninsula overlooking beautiful scenery. The house was plenty big for our family of 13 and guests who visited. The decking around the entire house was lovely and the zip line right next to the property was fun to watch. The kids loved having their own spaces.

We came back for a second tine. It’s always an enjoyable experience!

This place was far off the beaten path next to the woods. We slept great. Debbie was kind and helpful. Newer couch,loveseat. NoTV channels but tons of videos and DVDs to watch. Some games and puzzles as well. We would visit again!

Had a wonderful weekend! Was the perfect weekend gateway for me and my husband! William was amazing and we hope to be able to come back and stay again soon!

Three of us girlfriends spent 4 nights in the cabin. The location is beautiful. We went to Ky horse park one day, shaker village one day, explored Berea one day and found 2 water falls one day. All the excursions were memorable and fun. We also had time to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. It was delightful weekend.
