The house has recently been renovated and appears bright, spacious and exceptionally welcoming. You enter through a small entrance hall, from where a corridor leads to the house’s two bright bedrooms as well as the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Great attention has been paid to detail throughout the house, and considerable care has gone into creating a cosy and personal interior. When you stroll through the streets of Lønstrup, you will quickly notice that many of the beautiful decorative pieces in the holiday home come from local shops and artisans. The heart of the house is the large living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light and bring the surrounding nature inside. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view across the dunes and the small holiday homes, with the picturesque North Sea in the background. If you follow the coastal promenade, you can walk directly into the cosy town centre of Lønstrup. In one direction you can walk to Skallerup Seaside Resort, where there are plenty of activities for the whole family. You will find this fantastically located cottage of 88 sqm, with great sea views from both house and plot, in the natural area of Harerenden - a little north of Lønstrup. From the house's living room and kitchen-dining area, there are ocean views in several directions, as well as views of the hilly holiday area of Harerenden. The house is just a short walk from the lovely beach, and the cozy urban environment in Lønstrup can be reached in 5 minutes by car or with a walk along the water of about 15 minutes. The price does not include electricity – billed at CAD 3.50/kWh.

The Oceanfront Cabin

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

The home is of high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the lovely swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and the beach, which you can reach on a brisk walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside town of Lønstrup to do the day's shopping. There is also a nice selection of restaurants and shops.

In the beautiful rural and open surroundings, the morning sun welcomes the day, and the view over the fields is absolutely enchanting both morning and evening. We have a dog and a cat that roam freely - they are curious and would like to talk to you. There is a short distance to the city, the beach, delicious eateries and beautiful handicrafts. Nyrenoveret og eksklusivt sommerhus på 100 m² i lækker kvalitet, velegnet til ophold året rundt. Huset ligger kystnært på en stor privat grund med 5 solrige terrasser. Huset der indbyder til hygge og afslapning, ligger kun få minutters gang til havet og de mange smukke solnedgange. Huset byder endvidere på et lækkert udendørs wellnessområde med sauna (6-8 personer) og spabad (4+1 personer). Et dejligt fredeligt hus med god plads. Huset er renoveret i 2025 og fremstår stort set som nyt.
