Unbeatable location and value! The neighborhood is very walkable - multiple grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants within 20 minutes, plus easily walkable to Steamers Lane and Natural Bridges. Will definitely be back!

This is my first time in Aptos so everything was new. The view of the beach from the patio is as advertised. I only wished that our stay was more about the town itself (there to visit someone in Santa Cruz). I would stay again here should the circumstances change. Alla is very responsive in the few times we exchanged messages.

Every detail of this home was incredibly well thought out. There’s truly nothing you’ll need, it’s fully stocked with everything from games for the kids to all the cooking utensils you could want, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The patio and entry garden are absolutely stunning. The decor is perfect; every little detail was considered, and it really shows. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish- what a treat. I’m going to go home and redecorate with a Hawaii theme 😏

Very peaceful and secluded stay. Felt clean and vibrant in the home. Will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Our stay here was amazing. The view was awesome, location was perfect and it was the perfect place to stay with two little ones. The beds and furniture were all so comfy and the backyard was a great spot to hang out. Being right on the beach was so relaxing, and hearing the waves at night was priceless. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved this spot in Santa Cruz! Super convenient to the beach and the boardwalk (5 minute ish walk), great recommendations and responsiveness, and super clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

This was my third stay- whenever I want to go off the grid but have all of the comforts of home, this is the first place I think of (I’d probably have more stays here but I am pretty much a spontaneous booker, so Vicki’s place isn’t always available when I want a local getaway). If you’re not local, it’s also a great home base for everything Santa Cruz County has to offer. Vicki is an excellent host and I highly recommend!

Nikki and Ron are incredible hosts with the perfect Santa Cruz cottage! They go above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable. This is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in - every room and surface both inside and outside was spotless. We loved the serenity of the cottage, the fenced backyard with lots of very comfortable seating, and that everything we could possibly think of needing in a kitchen or a rental home is provided. Well appointed cottage and comfortable bed & linens & couches. Another bonus is the massive grass + fenced park just a 2 minute walk away for the dogs to run around. We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lisa was super friendly and responsive. The place was clean, functional, quiet, safe, and close to many amenities. Definitely recommend it!
