The house is surrounded by a private garden. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.
