You will benefit from a terrace for your own use only, a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A park of one hectare surrounds the house. Swimming possible in a beautiful natural lake located 200m away at the exit of the village. The courtyard and park are fully fenced. Bikes available.
