It was a great place for a large group and the hot tub was key! The driveway to get up to the house was long and there is a steep hill at the end so you should be prepared with AWD if you're going in the snow. Also the largest primary bedroom with the wood stove has a door that connects to another room and that would have been good to know since we were traveling with couples. The primary bedroom does have its own staircase to use the first floor bathroom, but the shower is in the adjoining room so it could be a bit awkward if it's two separate families. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Bridgton - one of our favorite towns with lots of cute restaurants (Beth's!) and fun things to do.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

My husband and I lived in the place for 43 days. It was PERFECT! The house is better than in the photos. A lot of space. Laundry in the house. Kitchen with everything!! Super comfortable beds. Really good shower. Check in super clear. Michelle and her boyfriend were super nice to us. They helped with snow cleaning, they decorated the place for Christmas and it was so cute!! In new year`s eve we asked if we could bring some guests and they said yes. They are really good hosts and I definitely recommend this place! The location is really good - close to many restaurants and main roads. It was PERFECT for us!

I can’t say enough what a lovely stay we had. My wife daughter and I were in town for a long weekend. They ski, I bum around. Being easily walkable to the middle of North Conway was awesome. The space was larger than we expected. The beds were very warm, and very comfortable. The hot tub has a wonderful setup, being sheltered but outside, and already on and good to go. The pellet stove was lovely, and the tv being programmed to log us out of online services when we left was a great touch. The owners were friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

This place is located within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, distilleries/breweries and shops. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and loaded with amenities. I am always disappointed when there is only one bath towel per person, and there was a closet full of extra towels. So many thoughtful touches: coffee pods, organic teas, snacks, bathrobes, and more. I will definitely make this a first try booking on future trips to Portland!!

The place was clean and beautiful, the neighbourhood felt very safe and peaceful too. Victoria proactively shared all details and even left recommendations for places to go to and things to do! Overall, it was a peaceful and fun stay! Thank you Victoria :)

Susan’s home was perfect for our long weekend in Portland. We could easily walk everywhere and lots of great shops, restaurants and bars very close. Her home was very comfortable and a nice large space for us to all enjoy!! Also her home was located in a great neighborhood!! We would definitely come back again!!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Possibly the best AirBnB for families with young kiddos that we’ve stayed at yet! We spent a few days in Portland with our two little ones aged 3 and under, and Ryan and Rita’s place was perfect. Great layout for young families (the second bedroom attached to the primary bedroom was perfect for us); the kids loved the toys; and they had just enough room to play. The beds were very comfortable, and the cheerful color palette and unique design touches throughout the apartment created such a cozy feel. Parking was super easy, and Ryan and Rita were always responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There's so much that can be said about this place and the area. We stayed for a week and barely scratched the surface of what's available to do. Within 15-20 minutes of driving, you'll find both sand and rocky waterfronts to explore, Island ferries, forest hiking, and countless amazing restaurants. Coming back to this place after each day of exploring felt like coming home to rest and recharge for the next day. Comfortable places to sit/sleep, conveniently supplied snacks, and great material to review what to put on your list for the next day. Please take my advice and stay here if you want to have a peaceful and fruitful stay in the Portland, ME area.

This was the perfect, cozy home base for our girls’ trip in Portland! The apartment was just as pictured and well-stocked with amenities. Sadie was very responsive and easy to reach. Our favorite part — a really great location for strolling on the Eastern Promenade or grabbing coffee, food, cheese, or wine down the street.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the promenade. The kitchen and bathroom looked recently updated compared to the rest of the apartment, and they were beautiful. It was relatively quiet for a multi-unit building, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the town only a short distance away. The only thing I would say that wasn’t my favorite part of the apartment is that the kitchen sink is very small and the faucet is extremely sensitive. I got wet many times, but thankfully there was a powerful dishwasher that took care of the dishes for us. Overall loved staying here and would book again if we returned to Portland. Highly recommend!!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Second stay, would love to do it again. Real winter fun in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Chelsey and Matt went above and beyond - I left behind one small item that I wanted to retrieve and told her I could drive back, but Chelsey took the extra time to put it in the mail to me. What wonderful hosts! And great location and cozy spot. Pretty quiet there too.

What a great spot close to any major point of interest in the White Mountains. Minutes from downtown N. Conway, shopping, ski areas and hiking. Alyssa is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommend, but not on the weeks we want to rent! 😂

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

My wife and I have been going to Nordic Village for 7 years, and this was the first time we went privately through Airbnb vs booking direct. It was great knowing exactly what condo we were getting, it can be a little vague going through Nordic village, and one year our place was so crappy we actually had them move us. The description and pictures are dead on, and the place was great. The hosts responded within minutes of any questions I asked, and we had no complaints with anything. They even went well above and beyond, I had accidentally left some clothes and they mailed them back in like 2 days! I was waiting to be hit with a big charge, but they never did. That’s good relationship building, and for that gesture my wife and I will surely be renting the place again. I wouldn’t hesitate to grab this listing if you see it up. Thanks for the great stay.
