Beautiful house, very well equipped, very nicely furnished and decorated. We spent a great weekend with friends enjoying the house, terrace, garden, hot tub, as well as its bocce court. Julien was very responsive and pleasant. Very close to Etretat for great walks. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property with an incredible view. Lots to do for children both young and older and lots of space around the apartment. There is a lovely little village just over 20 minute walk with a bakery, pharmacy, bar and a couple of restaurants. Shops are 20 minute drive for a supermarket. The pictures do not do this property justice and the hosts are so accommodating and supportive when asking questions.

Beautiful villa, well located, quiet and close to cities and the sea. The services live up to expectations: comfortable bed, kitchen with lots of different dishes and spices to cook (very nice in an Airbnb). The pool is superb and has a good temperature. Recommended

perfect house to host a large family like ours there were 14 of us and the house holds all these promises about the size of the rooms ,the functionality . we were delighted with our stay and recommend it if you want to have a good time of conviviality with your loved ones, big and small . we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. as soon as we arrived, we felt "at home" by Philippe's warm welcome. The house is very spacious, very well-equipped and consistent with the photos. The children were able to enjoy the heated pool which is very nice. We had a lovely weekend at Villa Boubou and we will be happy to come back. thank you for your welcome Philippe and Karine moreover the house is really very close to the first beaches and especially that of Cabourg which we greatly appreciated

I had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel right at home, with clear and friendly communication throughout my stay.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Very nice and spacious house allowing to stay with an extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Samuel had delicate touches on the occasion of Christmas, which particularly touched us. Do it again during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities!

We had a lovely stay at Marie-Christine's mansion. We enjoyed the space, the comfort of the rooms and common areas and the many amenities for both entertaining and cooking! Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful park because of the rather cold weather but it did not spoil our pleasure to meet as a family in this beautiful place. We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. Had a wonderful holiday. The stay was as described. Plenty of space in the house. Garden was well private. Distances were shown correctly. Historic places closest and also the beaches are easy to ride. Had a wonderful time with our 3 teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed with coffee, tea, and some basic spices for cooking. The host also provided some local juice and pastries. The pool was certainly the highlight and provided lots of fun on rainy afternoons. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit the area again.

We were hosted very well by Christelle, her husband and daughter. The house was very good for us 4, the highlights being of course the outside. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi and a beautiful pond (grilled) with chickens, ducks and rabbits. The fresh eggs in the morning were a appreciated bonus. As for restaurants and bakeries I advise instead to go to Château-gontier (2M and Yohan & Pamela) or Laval (the taste buds effect) instead of Château-Gontier. The Robert Tatin Museum is well worth a visit too. We had a pleasant stay at Christelle's, thank you.

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

Simple and well laid out house, with varied activities, a good size heated pool, where we had a great stay with the family, even in the middle of winter. A downside on the bedding in the dorm, good for small children but a little soft for adults. Charlyne was very responsive during the stay, with excellent communication and clear instructions.
