Beautiful house, very well equipped, very nicely furnished and decorated. We spent a great weekend with friends enjoying the house, terrace, garden, hot tub, as well as its bocce court. Julien was very responsive and pleasant. Very close to Etretat for great walks. I'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful holiday. The stay was as described. Plenty of space in the house. Garden was well private. Distances were shown correctly. Historic places closest and also the beaches are easy to ride. Had a wonderful time with our 3 teenagers.

Beautiful property with an incredible view. Lots to do for children both young and older and lots of space around the apartment. There is a lovely little village just over 20 minute walk with a bakery, pharmacy, bar and a couple of restaurants. Shops are 20 minute drive for a supermarket. The pictures do not do this property justice and the hosts are so accommodating and supportive when asking questions.

We had a great and relaxing week in a quiet area. The home is a gem. It's spacious, bright, cozy, and well-decorated. Everything is done to make your stay pleasant with in addition a swimming pool which we have been able to enjoy despite the negative temperatures outside. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. as soon as we arrived, we felt "at home" by Philippe's warm welcome. The house is very spacious, very well-equipped and consistent with the photos. The children were able to enjoy the heated pool which is very nice. We had a lovely weekend at Villa Boubou and we will be happy to come back. thank you for your welcome Philippe and Karine moreover the house is really very close to the first beaches and especially that of Cabourg which we greatly appreciated

Beautiful place and spacious for our group of eight people (4 couples). Close to a grocery store, restaurants and beach. Just the perfect place for a vacation.

Very nice and spacious house allowing to stay with an extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Samuel had delicate touches on the occasion of Christmas, which particularly touched us. Do it again during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Berry . This house is very nice, beautiful decor, excellent bedding and easy to live in. Kitchen amenities and bathrooms are perfect for a large family . The concierge is friendly, conscientious and efficient and very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect between the sea and the quiet city center. We had a lovely stay at Marie-Christine's mansion. We enjoyed the space, the comfort of the rooms and common areas and the many amenities for both entertaining and cooking! Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful park because of the rather cold weather but it did not spoil our pleasure to meet as a family in this beautiful place. I recommend, like us, you will absolutely not be disappointed with your choice. Thank you Marie Christine for sharing your property.

Excellent stay with family, exceptional site, very welcoming host and perfect cottage to welcome children and parents. The beds are very comfortable, everyone regale. We will be back.

Damien is very friendly and available. The decor of the house is neat and the premises are clean. In Saint Pair for a weekend with the family, the house was perfect to gather and enjoy together. We would recommend it.

It went very well. The accommodation was as advertised and as expected, logistics are well assured. Only small problem with the boiler to relaunch when you arrive, but the So Villa team is very responsive via the emergency number.

The hosts were great, they were there to greet us and show us around. The property was very well equipped ans filled with ameneties, it was also spotless. Would definitely visit again!

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed with coffee, tea, and some basic spices for cooking. The host also provided some local juice and pastries. The pool was certainly the highlight and provided lots of fun on rainy afternoons. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit the area again.

Simple and well laid out house, with varied activities, a good size heated pool, where we had a great stay with the family, even in the middle of winter. A downside on the bedding in the dorm, good for small children but a little soft for adults. Charlyne was very responsive during the stay, with excellent communication and clear instructions.
