In case if you are coming by car, we offer a private under-cover parking space just steps away from your apartment. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Our lovely apartment is located in Lozica, small and quite area just 5 km outside Dubrovnik. What makes Lozica so special is that is located on the shore and is sunbathed all day, offering you spectacular view on Adriatic, island Daksa and peninsula. The closest supermarket and restaurants are located 2 km from apartment. Bus no 3A operates between Lozica and Dubrovnik (doesn't operate on weekends and national holidays). Car is not necessary, but it is better to have one.

Apartman je na 150 metara udaljenosti od mora te šetališta Uvala Lapad i plaža. Studio apartman nalazi se na poluotoku Lapad. Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
