Villa vacation rentals in Lozica

1000 characters is not enough for my review of this place and Andrea. First, the pictures do not do the house any justice. The house and Andrea are just beyond! She did not spare any details. It’s hands down the best AirBnB experience I’ve EVER had. I’ve never felt so at home and did I mention the house is absolutely gorgeous? She even had a ramp built that goes to the second floor so we didn’t have to lug all of our luggage up the stairs—just genius and so thoughtful! Her beautiful smiling face met us upon arrival with a bottle of wine and chocolates. The fridge was stocked with goodies and the kitchen had absolutely everything! Her appliances were top of the line and the linens were luxurious. Toiletries in every bathroom—even toothbrushes! She thought of everything. It was like staying at a 5-star hotel but better. She had all the recommendations you can think of. Didn’t want to leave is an understatement. She even had parting gifts for us! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Overall we had an excellent stay and highly recommend the villa, everything is as described! Only 2 things to be aware of: i) when getting a taxi from the airport, give the address with the street number so they know where to drop you off to climb up some street stairs that get to the villa. ii) take repellent with you for mosquitoes (we were there in early October). Enjoy!

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Location is what sets this place apart. After walking up and down all day in beautiful Dubrovnik it was nice to have a place which was easy to reach ( stairs are a part of the experience). Wonderful vacation!

Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

This was a great find & perfect for a family break with my sisters & husbands. Maro was a great host sorting transfers from & to the airport he answered any questions we had promptly & also sorted a private boat ride around the beautiful islands. This amazing villa is in a superb location, peaceful yet a short drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. The whole place was spotless and when we arrived there was the most delicious chocolate cake as well as lots of other treats. The pool, pool table and table tennis table was ideal and kept us all busy ! The bedrooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. Having 3 bathrooms was just perfect. Both the inside and outside kitchens were extremely well stocked. We even got goodbye gifts when we left which was so sweet and a personal touch. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone considering a visit to Croatia.

Amazing place and a very friendly, helpful host

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

Absolutely beautiful spot, was a home away from home. Newly renovated bathroom and comfortable beds. It was hard to leave!

Ana was a very accommodating host, on the first day she left us something to eat as well as a wine in the fridge. She also gave us tips on what to do nearby. The villa was extremely clean and very nice, there was nothing missing. The proximity to the airport was very pleasant on the one hand due to the good accessibility, but on the other hand you could hear the planes quite loudly. The pool was very pleasant and clean, and the outdoor area was very well maintained. We will gladly visit Ana again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our stay at Villa Fig. Sara and her team; Lily and Sladja were super helpful, friendly & responsive. Arriving & check-in instructions were clear. In fact, Lily was at the Villa to greet us. The view from the Villa was breathtaking. I still can’t get over it. I loved waking up & seeing it every morning. The Villa was spotlessly clean & well provided. Exactly as described. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. It felt like a home. We loved the private pool & hot tub. The children were swimming at all times, it was lovely. You may read on other reviews about the border crossing. Yes, it takes a bit of time to get through, but some days it would be 5 minutes & other days half an hour. Not a big deal. We went there to visit Croatia, specifically Dubrovnik. Whilst it didn’t let down, the highlight for us was Bosnia. The people are warm & there are lots to see. Head to Mostar & kravica waterfalls. Also, Montenegro was great. I highly recommend this Sara’s place.

An amazing stay at Pero's villa. We were a group of 6 celebrating our 40th birthday year and this villa really suited that occasion. The swimming pool was of course the highlight! Beautiful grounds. Inside was super clean and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for a stay, and the host left some drinks & fruit for us at the start of the stay. It's about a 15 minute walk downhill into the old town of Dubrovnik. On the way down you'll pass the prosecco bar which is a beautiful setting and highly recommended. Thank you Pero and to your sister for helping with airport transfers too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa! The house has everything you need, with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. Our children had a great time with the table tennis table, the basketball court and of course the swimming pool. In the evening it was wonderfully relaxing in the jacuzzi. Matija is an incredibly hospitable host and gave us nice tips for trips in the beautiful area. We really enjoyed our stay – and especially the great views. Recommended!

Wow what a villa this was. The photos look great but it's more beautiful in reality. it had everything you needed and was very spacious and clean for 2 families. Anela the owner had messaged me with tips and recommendations and was super friendly. We arrived late on Thursday night so her mum and brother came around in the morning to drop off a beautiful platter of food which was local and home made. Towels were replaced in the week and the pool and outdoor area were amazing. The location is great too as not far from the airport and Cavtat was not far too which was lovely. Overall, an amazing holiday and villa and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Croatia

Truly fantastic! We had a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ana is such a friendly and attentive host, we felt very well taken care of. She took great care in providing local information and she was very responsive all through our stay. At the we got the opportunity to try local cheese and honey. The villa was tidy with all amenities. The pool was amazing and perfect for a morning or evening swim. The photos really underestimate the beauty of the villa and pool. We got plenty of towels. There even was a mini bar. The bells from cows on the field just next to the swimming pool really made us feel relaxed and far away from city noise. We made our own pizzas from the open wood pizza oven. They were unimaginable delicious. Only 15 km away you find a nice town where you can do grocery shopping and buy cheap ice-cream 😊. It took us 1 – sometimes 1.5 hours to get to the coastline of Dubrovnik but Bosnia has so much to offer so don’t bother. Anyone who is lucky

Incredible home for families. The upstairs can be sealed off and the apartment unit was wonderful for my daughter, husband , and year old son. The listing is exactly as the property. Highly recommend

Beautiful villa in a stunning location. Walking distance to local town which has a supermarket, lovely pizza restaurant and a sports bar serving coffee and drinks. Ten minute Uber ride to Cavtat which has a good selection of restaurants and you can catch the boat to Dubrovnik. If you want to get an Uber to Dubrovnik it’s only 25 minutes and prices are very reasonable. Villa itself is spotless with lovely outside eating area and plenty of space to chill by the pool. Marlous was an excellent host, always responsive to our questions and she even baked a couple of cakes for us whilst we were there which were beautiful! A really nice private Villa in a quiet area that provides you with easy access to the larger sites nearby.
