Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Located at Lapad peninsula, just 5 minutes by foot from Lapad Sunset Beach, in a quite area, 50m above a nice promenade. Suitable for up to 3 persons. A/C. Fast WIFI. Terrace. Private&secured off-street parking. Only 3.5km from The Old Town (10 minutes by bus). Well connected by bus (number 6 goes by every 10 mins from 05:30 till 01:00 next day). Bus stop at less than 200m. Supermarket just accross the street. Small open green market at 200m. Many popular restaurants and cafes near by.

The apartment is located in the beautiful area of Dubrovnik called Lapad, just 3 km away from UNESCO's Old City of Dubrovnik. Lapad peninsula is known for his green areas and parks. The green oasis of the city, forest park Velika i Mala Petka, is nearby. The apartment is just 500 m away from the beautiful promenade with lots of bars and restaurants, leading you to the most beautiful beaches. Grocery store and public bus station are on our doorstep.

House is located in Lozica ,one of the most peaceful neighbourhood in Dubrovnik with only summer residences and villas around. This apartment occupy a whole house floor. With 3 terraces 2 kitchens 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped for longer stays. Beach is located just 100 meter away. 130m2 or 1399.31 square foot with terraces! Note that the Magistrala freeway is passing next to our house so arrival is easy and parking provided!
