Comfortable establishment for families, with three rooms and in a quiet area next to Salinas beach (3 minutes by car). An area with shops that makes your stay easier.

Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

Cristina has been charming, very helpful, she has been attentive with everything. The apartment has been very clean and well kept. It is very close to different places to have a drink on the promenade, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to take place). The area is very quiet, for a walk it is very good and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, only with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts is very worth it.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

It is true that it is a 4th without an elevator (5° actually due to the mezzanine), but well, the accommodation is super good. I recommend it and I would do it again

We had a wonderful stay at Ethel's home. From the first moment she was lovely, she welcomed us with a smile and gave us a tour of her estate explaining everything with great affection. The house is very comfortable, it is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy and rest. We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible.
