Beautiful guest house located in a family neighborhood in central Lubbock. Directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail and a splash pad kids would love. 2 minutes from Texas Tech University and Rawls Golf Course. Private parking, Private entrance, and large driveway. Minutes away from restaurants and 1 min away from Texas Tech University Medical/Health Science Center, Ranching Heritage Center, and the Texas Tech History/Art Museum. Covenant Hospital is less than 5 min away.
