Here, you have all you need for a true Lubbock experience in the famous Tech Terrace neighborhood next to Texas Tech University. This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. This home is a perfect combination of serene and inviting, making it great for a weekend getaway or a quick business trip. The large backyard is equipped with enough grass to keep your furry friends happy, but also gravel to set up a nice game of corn hole on one of lubbock's amazing summer nights.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
