The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of excursions in the surrounding area of the Bohemian Massif.

Distance from parking 30 m. altitude and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill:) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the hut. Electricity is limited - solar panel. There is a boat on the river (Sharka) paddles are inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.
