Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lucerne

Very happy to have stayed at Davide's place again. We feel at home in this beautiful perfectly restored rustico. The village is a little gem and the place is very quiet. In short, the whole family loves it.

It was our first family trip to Switzerland and Sabrina’s place was in the perfect spot to see so many different sights. We had a very busy week and everything was within an easy drive. It is located in a quiet residential area with amazing views towards Jungfrau. The house itself is well laid out and has plenty of space. We found it very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to find all the main UK channels were available on the TV to watch in the evening. We have a lot more to see in Switzerland so we will definitely return to Sabrina’s place.

The place is a super equipped house. It is very suitable for families. A lot of leisure activities and attractions are easily accessible by car. The hosts are extremely friendly and always within easy reach. This was a great vacation for us.

We had wonderful family days in Wintersweiler and enjoyed being in your beautiful and super equipped house! We love the area and will be happy to come back! P.S. Thank you for your kindness and the sweet Easter greeting :)

The place was amazing just like in the pictures. We loved our stay and for sure will do it again.

The cottage has a lot of charm and is absolutely quiet on a side street of the beautiful Höri. You can relax there from the 1st minute and relax well. Highly recommended for a holiday in nature and for relaxing. The house is also very nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything works as it should. We will be happy to come back!

Christine's apartment was fabulous, modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and had comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it. Just be aware though if you are booking this 6 bed apartment for only 3 or 4 people as we had an issue. We were a party of 2 mothers (in 60's) & 2 sons (in 20's). We were pleased to find this apartment as it had 3 rooms so the mothers could have a room each and sons share twin room. However when we arrived the twin room was locked and unavailable & 2 rooms did not match the listing showing 3. We were very disappointed. Christine did respond quickly and rectified the situation but pointed out she she had provided 4 beds. One mother is an Airbnb host and didn't feel she was very apologetic for the disappointment we had felt. She would have been far more apologetic. However she did not charge us for use of laundry to compensate. we can still thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment.

My two-year-old grandson loved the many toys in the house, especially the cars. The house is well furnished and equipped. There is a lot of wood to grill what we used. The location in the middle of the small village is very nice. You should be on foot. There are several stairs to the apartment. We also liked the large garden overlooking you mountains. Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Casa.

Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful! She always responded promptly and helped us with all our requests! The place is really spacious, new and modern. Absolutely recommended for families, even with very young children. The bathroom is huge and the kitchen is very well stocked. We'd love to come back in the future.

Maja was friendly and available, lives upstairs and passed by to check everything was good and make any needed arrangements. There was extra care in little details, like leaving some swiss snack on the table for when I checked-in, and personalizing a welcoming note on the door. The place felt to me very much like home, is very peaceful (no cars/ streets noise if you have the window of the bedroom and kitchen closed), the window from the bathroom fazes the garden and you can hear the birds from there in the morning, it was lovely. Everything was clean and had a nice, clean, neutral smell. The kitchen had all I needed and more to cook every day, the bed was very comfortable to me, and there were lots of options of lights (different dense/ light curtains and smaller and bigger lamps), which gave me the freedom to personalize the atmosphere. The location is ideal, conveniently close to Zürich's main station and the bus stop, making it easy to embark on trips. It's also within walking distance of tram stations and surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hosts were supportive as well. All in all good experience.

Cozy accommodation and very well equipped. We appreciated its comfort. Alina is a very responsive, available and caring host. Maybe we'll come back to that someday.

Janine’s place was very conveniently located as less than 5 mins walk from Interlaken West train station. Also has two big stores like Migros and Aldi within walking distance. It was a very peaceful and private place. The view from the balcony was the best feature of the house.

The accommodation was very nice. The comfortable sofa, the bathroom clean and with a good shower, the comfortable litter. Great to spend a few days!

We spent 3 nights at Julian's place. He was a terrific host, helpful and ultra responsive. The place is in a great location and is well connected by Basel's amazing transport system, (bus and tram). The apartment is exactly as listed, very nice retro feel and a little quirky which made it feel that bit unique. Julian gave us great hints and tips and was kind enough to lend us some bikes which we used to cycle along the Rhine. The Basel travel card which Julian supplies is a real gem and makes navigating the city so much easier.

We felt welcome as a family and very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and would be happy to come back!

The apartment was comfortable (although the shared kitchen takes some getting used to). Cassis & Mike want to please you, you can easily reach them if you have a question (but everything was well arranged and clearly explained). Of course, the nice swimming pool and sauna (not used) are of great added value. This is also a quiet period for horticulture and tourism on the island (while there is plenty to find in the area to see sights, restaurants, etc.), for us exactly what we were looking for. It is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly due to the fact that we felt very comfortable. The kitchen had loads of ammedeties which enabled us to have a lovely dining experience. It served as a great game night location for the six of us, hence why I'd totally recommend this Airbnb for an ideal getaway weekend. Credit's due to the amazing host, who was very friendly and helpful.

The place was wonderful, very clean, and had a beautiful view. The host was highly responsive and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great, clean, comfortable and private apartment. Very close to the river, well equiped kitchen. Lina was always available. Would stay there again.

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how well the coffee ended and this without capsules. happy to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

Really a super nice AirBnB. Has everything you need. Highly recommend. It is a quiet and idyllic environment. Cecile is helpful. Nice, we were allowed to stay here!

This house is definately a home away from home. It is beautiful and comfortable with all its details . You find eveything you need and enjoy the wonderful scenary of the mountain . Claudia is a very generous and gentle and welcoming person . She also made the kids happy with nice gestures . Will definately visit again!
