Apartment vacation rentals in Ludwigsfelde

Very nice apartment that we stayed during a weekend in Berlin. The apartment is really spacious, especially liked the high ceilings. How the place is decorated is also nice. We didn't use much of the kitchen, mostly went eating out because there are so many options within a few minutes walking. Also the Mauerpark is around the corner and public transport is very easy.

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

Belll'appartamento in una zona molto servita dai mezzi pubblici e con bar e ristoranti a pochi passi da casa. Tre camere da letto, letti comodi, due bagni con due bellissime docce ed anche un bidet (un grande plus). Ho apprezzato molto che ci fossero detersivi, carta igienica, scottex, sapone lavastoviglie. Grande flessibilità per check-in e checkout, veloce la risposta ad ogni messaggio. consigliatissimo 😊

Kommunikation war 1 mit Sternchen. Tamara hat proaktiv geschrieben und uns immer alles Wichtige und Empfehlungen mittgeteilt. Die Unterkunft war sehr nice, sauber und es erwartete uns ein Wilkommensbierchen ☺️ Die Lage war auch gut. Mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man eigentlich überall ziemlich schnell :) Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden da wir für ein Konzert da waren ( in der Uber Arena ). Zu Fuss hat man ca. 15min dahin - Perfekt ! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara !

We had a truly amazing stay. The apartment is a gem, clean and cozy, and in the middle of a buzzing neighbourhood with lots of things at walking distance. The kitchen has all the utilities, the beds are comfortable (if we 'have to' give a tip; the pillows could have been a bit more fluffier..), very dark for when sleeping, nice shower, spacious rooms and filled with art. A perfect place to celebrate the 'friendiversary' of 4 friends.

We had a great stay! The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, near the U-Bahn station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant recommendations were really helpful. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Berlin!

It was perfect, the hosts, the bed, the shower, the kitchen, the location- Really did not want to leave!

Great location. Love that area of Berlin. The apartment is lovely, top floor, and very long in length. It is unusual and modern, clean, and a nice use of the space. Loads of skylights and 2 small terraces in the dinning room. Great open living space there and another huge TV room as well. It was a great stay other than upon arrival I didn't understand where is the elevator? It is on the opposite side of the lockbox going back thru where you already walked and the elevator is outdoors under the passageway. Just know where the elevator is and you will be fine :)

Einfach rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, wird für die nächste Berlin Reise direkt wieder gebucht. Kommunikation 1A und vorallem der flexible Check war für uns einfach in der Situation Retter in der Not .

Es war alles wie erwartet und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo alloggio a Berlino e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente l’host: molto gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere Berlino al meglio!

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Das beste Airbnb in dem ich je war, wunderbar eingerichtet, super freundlicher Kontakt, für jeden Gast einen eigenen Schlüssel und für uns genau perfekt! Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einem Berliner Loft mit 1.5 Balkonen, Aufzug, einer neuwertigen geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Wunschlos Glücklich!

What a great apartment! From the moment I booked there was excellent communication from Aglaja and Ronald. They were quick to respond to questions, and provided the most excellent links and recommendations for our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a lovely neighbourhood which felt very safe (as did the whole of Berlin). The apartment is close to local restaurants and only a short walk into the centre of Berlin. I would highly recommend this great apartment - brilliant hosts! Thanks for a wonderful break.

Il soggiorno a Berlino è stato fantastico. comodissima la posizione, servita benissimo da supermercati e ristoranti e un bellissimo parco. Ci sono venuto 5 giorni con gli amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo nonostante fossimo in 4. David super disponibile e gentile, sicuramente ci ritorneremo, consigliatissimo

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Alexander was a terrific host! He had plenty of great recommendations, was always available to answer questions and gave a thorough walk through of the apartment upon arrival. The location is walkable to the train and many good restaurants/clubs/etc. The apartment itself is spacious, well designed and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend for a trip to Berlin!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Wir sind schlichtweg begeistert gewesen! Die Unterkunft ist modern und sehr sauber. In der großen gepflegten Küche war alles vorhanden- selbst u.a. eine Küchenwaage. Die Gastgeber*innen haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer angenehm präsent für Fragen oder nette Gespräche. Unsere 16 Monate alte Tochter war verzaubert von dem riesigen Grundstück mit den vielen Tieren (Hasen, Katzen, Pferde…). Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein ☺️👍🏻

Ich war mit meinen 2 Jungs (12 & 8) bei Heinz zu Gast und es war, als wenn man beim Opa zu Besuch ist. Alles war herzlich, gemütlich und zusätzlich gepflegt und zweckmäßig. Die Kinder konnten „machen was Sie wollen“ und hatten viele Möglichkeiten, Heinz hat alles ermöglicht. Wenn ich wieder Richtung Spreewald fahre, dann versuche ich erneut bei Heinz zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Adresse, liegt super praktisch in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Laden, Thermen. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Kommunikation war perfekt und die Wohnung ist ebenso top und sehr gepflegt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach eines Hauses mit insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren super und es gab auch Fahrräder zum ausleihen. Auch in der Küche hat es auch nichts gefehlt, so konnte man sich einfach wohl fühlen. Wie können es einfach nur weiter empfehlen.
