In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Our Finnish hut is in the middle of nature. A maximum of 5 adults can spend their vacation here on approx. 80 square meters of living space. The house has four floors: basement, first floor, second floor and the sleeping area at the top and it is heated with wood. Wood is available. At the nearby campsite you can rent a pedal boat or a boat for excursions or a raft. The nearby cities of Dömitz, Ludwigslust and Schwerin are definitely worth a trip.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and 15000m² garden and courtyard complex. Both flats have separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but not accessible by public transportation. There is no wifi! However, a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum 2 people!No pets allowed

The apartment was only completed in 2022 and welcomes you on approx. 170 square meters with a large living and dining area, an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 separate bedrooms. From the spacious living area with high ceiling, open truss and the glazed Tennentor (Grod Dör) you can look at the village square.
