Vacation rentals in Lumby

We were super satisfied with Peter and the place. Very quiet location and yet the city is within walking distance. Unfortunately, there was no wallbox / charging station for electric cars. Although it was in the description.

Nice place in the countryside of Funen but still close to several nice places to visit like Egeskov castle, the Hans Christian Andersen museum in Odense and Funen Village open air museum. We had a graat time.

We spent 10 days over Easter with our (large) family on the island of Funen and delighted with the house, the surroundings and the various activities for all ages. The house is perfect for a larger group, super and very practical. Martin was always available, good communication. We'd love to come back and look forward to seeing you again.

We spent very nice days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is cozy and equipped with everything you might need. For us it was also no problem that we had to bring bed linen and towels. The view of the water as well as the private beach access are unique. If you want to spend a few relaxing days without much hustle and bustle and with many beautiful beach walks, this is the place for you. We were very pleased! :)

If you are looking for a quiet corner and want to escape everyday life, you can come here and enjoy it. The water in the pool was wonderfully warm and in April. There were also a few toys. My children had a lot of fun and feel comfortable here. The animals on the farm were also hospitable 😊 Shopping is 5 minutes from the house. The hosts had a lot of patience with the kids and answered all the questions 😊 A sweet welcome basket was at the table. We always love a little attention to the guest. Thank you for this! Jette's cottage was a perfect fit for our weekend trip. We enjoyed the view and the coziness that the house had. Within a 20-minute drive, you can both get to beautiful nature (Fyns Hoved) and cozy cities. It's an area and summerhouse we'd love to come back to.

Nice quiet place with plenty of room. Great area for families that don't want to stay in the city, but relatively close to Odense (Ringe is the closest town which is also nice).

We really enjoyed our stay at Lone’s. Our two boys loved the outdoors. There was plenty of space and it was nice that Lone allowed them to play in the garden. Further, they enjoyed the chickens and the dog. The even did a small bonfire for us. That was adorable. The house that we booked had two levels. The upper level was comfortable but we struggled with the light in the morning since there are no shades for one side. Lone and her husband were really friendly and they gave us great recommendations for the area. They live in their own house next door. We really liked them and we feel like we had a full Danish experience at their house.
