Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. The house is idyllically and quietly located 1.5 kilometers from Rørvig harbor, where there is plenty of life and shopping. Newly renovated Kalmar A-house. A super nice cottage for the family going on summer vacation or a weekend trip out of town.

Delightful newly renovated cottage located on beautiful natural grounds in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse yourself under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house will be fully renovated by early July 2025.

Step outside to the wilderness bath, sauna, outdoor shower, and exclusive furniture. The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 guests + 1 baby. Three rooms have double beds, and the fourth has a double bed and a single bed - ideal for families several couples. About 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Hyggeligt og smagfuldt moderniseret sommerhus fra 1976. Gåafstand til to strande - (10min) Pejs og varmepumpe tandem+normal cykel, Sauna og lynhurtigt Wifi. Tænd saunaen og gå en dejlig lang tur langs vandet eller hop ind foran pejsen og nyd et glas. Spil matador eller læs hele Anders And arkivet fra 1975 - 1985. Der er lagt uendeligt meget kærlighed i huset og alle der har besøgt det, har enten købt hus i området eller plaget om at komme tilbage. 50% af udlejninger er af tidligere gæster.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Eller tag en tur ned til skoven og stranden og oplev noget af Danmarks smukkeste natur. Gå en tur på Højderygsstien igennem Geopark Odsherred som går lige forbi den hyggelige have. Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks
