Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Proximity to natural areas such as Hisingsparken and Svartemossen. 300 metres to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to the popular Backaplan (Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen); from there, you can continue into central Gothenburg by bus or tram in about 10 minutes.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants.
