Near the city of Fajardo where you can do fluorescent bay kayaking, take a trip to Palomino, Vieques & Culebra Island, eat at Las Croabas & play golf. To the west you're 10 minutes to El Yunque entrance, 45 minutes to the City of San Juan Area.

The place is 10 mins walk to grocery store, 10 mins walk to gym, 15 mins walk to kioskos (some of the best restaurants.) You don't need a rental car. It is designed for two people who wants to have all appliances for a comfortable long term beach stay. My wife and I landed poured our entire savings into buying this cozy beach apt. Now, we can't wait to share it with you.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central condo. You can walk from your bed to the beach or enjoy a day at the pool. If you don't want that, we have access to nearby restaurants such as Los Quioscos de Luquillo , which are an 8-minute walk away. The town is 6 minutes from the apartment where you can visit and enjoy La Pared, which is famous for being a surfing beach. Also if you need to buy food and other necessities there is a supermarket and Walgreens which takes a minute by car.
