We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Looking for a "respite from reality"? Close enough to great restaurants and night life, but far enough away to enjoy relaxation at its finest! The beach is between 25 to 30 miles away and there are numerous beaches within that radius, including Hilton Head and Hunting Island. Of course, the cottage is right in front of a beautiful and peaceful coastal marsh. We’re also not far from Parris Island if it’s time to celebrate your special Marine! Lazy Dog Acres “Mini Suite”

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This quaint house was built for family in mind. The floor plan is very open and inviting. Enjoy your coffee rocking on the front porch and enjoy watching the sun rise. This home has been recently completely remodeled keeping in mind the original home owner, Ms. Vetta. All new appliances, as well as bathrooms, flooring, etc.

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
