No fixed ladder to the sleeping loft. No fence at the pond or towards the road. All stay is under your own responsibility. One basket of wood for the cottage and one for the sauna are included. Cleaning is handled by the guests.

Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
