This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house is air-conditioned, bright, spacious, easy to reach and equipped with comfort. There are 5 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view reaches to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland Draisinen are on the road.
