La Troza is a beautifully designed beachfront home featuring 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms with all of the amenities of a five star resort, enjoyed exclusively by one group at a time.
Our service and level of hospitality was designed for a worry free vacation where all meals and beverages are included and selected in advance, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying the company of your group.
The space
Split between the main villa, beach house, and a couple of casitas, La Troza Beach Estate functions more like a boutique luxury hotel. Eight bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen people, making it the perfect host for a special event like a large family reunion, corporate retreat, or a sunny destination wedding. With its own private beachfront, water sports equipment, and chef services, you’ll have everything you need for an amazing vacation right on-site.
Inside, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams open the shared spaces. Natural wood is often used throughout the interior, paying homage to the beautiful environment, in which La Troza exists in harmony. The kitchen is outfitted with state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Above the kitchen/dining area, there’s an amazing chandelier lit by swirling stars. Local works of art, intricate vases, and island-inspired furniture are constants of La Troza’s serene decor, giving each space its unique atmosphere while unifying the entire estate with relaxing vibes.
Outside, La Troza is anything from a relaxing oasis to an exciting playground, depending on your mood. Stroll through the lush gardens. Stretch out in a lounge chair under a parasol. Melt your stresses away in the hot tub. You’ll find the rest you need with ease on La Troza’s serene estate. If you’re feeling a little more active, you could try snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. After, cool off in the infinity pool. At night, enjoy the starry sky above the endless Ocean view while gathered around a beachfront bonfire.
One of La Troza’s unique, included, features, is the use of a private boat and boatman. You’ll be able to visit Boca de Tomatlan, a quaint fishing village, for an authentic Mexican dinner. Travel a little further to Marina Vallarta, that’s where all the golf courses are. If the city is more your style, vibrant nightlife, shopping, and fine dining can be found in Puerto Vallarta. And, they are all accessible by boat.

Guest access
The entire property will be available for the private use of your group, as La Troza is only rented to one party at a time to ensure the most unique and personalized experience at a luxury beachfront resort.
Other things to note
La Troza is located in a remote part of the Bay of Banderas, and is only accesible by panga boat. You will arrive at Boca de Tomatlán from the airport and take a 5 minute boat ride along the coast to arrive at La Troza and all guests will be required to hop off the boat onto the beach. There is no pier and you will arrive on the sandy beach in front of the property.
