One of the most exclusive properties available in Crete, this stunning contemporary residence offers panoramic views of magnificent sunrises and sunsets against backdrops of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cretan landscape. The architecture, sophisticated furnishings and beauty of the surroundings combine to make this villa unique. The newly completed residence offers interior space of 456 square meters or approximately 4,908 square feet and features six bedrooms within the house as well as two independently accessible guest rooms. Impressive living areas include a large open plan living room with high ceilings and a fireplace. There is also a study and a dining area opening through French doors to an area shaded by an arched colonnade, with views to the infinity edge pool and surrounding gardens.

Inside and out, there are a plethora of remarkable spaces to relax in during your vacation at Grape Villa. Plunge into the swimming pool and float effortlessly for a while or just sit and read the latest bestseller on the luxurious lounge chairs. When you feel the need to watch a movie or do some exercise, you can go inside, cool down and make the most of the facilities in this most majestic of villas.

A well-equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor, pergola shaded poolside dining area and wide patios, creating an ideal space for alfresco living, dining and relaxing. The interior décor is calm, soothing and simple – ideal for making you feel right at home here on Crete.

With eight excellent en-suite bedrooms, the hardest part of your vacation will be deciding who’s going to sleep where. The bedrooms are spread out over three floors and three of them have access to the terrace with sea views. Another of the rooms leads directly to the pool deck – ideal if you fancy an early dip to wake you up.

The charming Elounda Village is only 3 km away from the property making it easy to stock up on provisions or just enjoy sampling some local delicacies and culture. A further kilometre away is Elounda Beach, a serene, sandy escape that’s ideal for playing games or just lounging around and forgetting about everything else for a while. There are also a host of local activities and excursions available which incur an additional cost and need to be booked in advance.
