Located in the heart of Touraine, its vineyards and the richness of its cultural and historical heritage, you will find this cottage adjoining a small stable and offering a beautiful view of a wooded park. You will appreciate the calm of the place and enjoy the comfort of your home. Artannes/Indre and its shops are 5 minutes away and, in less than 30 minutes you can reach Tours, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau Castle, Chinon, etc. Allow 1 hour to reach Beauval Zoo.

You'll appreciate my place for the view, location and comfort. An authentic holiday home to live for families or with friends. Comfortably equipped, it is located in the countryside on the banks of the Indre. 20 km from Chinon and 25 km from Tours, close to all shops and close to the Châteaux of the Loire and Touraine vineyards. Completely renovated typical house with beams and exposed stones, you can enjoy the garden with river views.

Private cottage located at the gates of Tours in the town of Fondettes, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, vineyards, on the Loire bike route. A key box will allow you to arrive stress-free. ONLY THE VERY SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED, CLEAN and NOT NOISY. (indicate their presence when you book, their stay is free).

Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.

Welcome to L'Échappée d'Azay, We welcome you to a lovely cozy tuffeau stone house, in the heart of the village of Azay-Le-Rideau.  Located 600 m walk from the Château and local shops (restaurants, butcher, cheese maker, supermarket, wine cellar...), it is the ideal starting point for visiting the Châteaux de la Loire and the cellars of the region.  No less than seven castles are nearby (Langeais, Villandry, Chinon, Rigny Ussé…).

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Nice quiet studio 20 m², 10 min from Tours center

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.
