Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

In the heart of the main Châteaux de la Loire, you will enjoy 4 spacious rooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 hectares of nature. The ubiquitous presence of water, heated swimming pool (opening from 15/06 to 15/09) (pond, river, washhouse...) will mark your stay in depth. The area is good for families (with kids) and groups. Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. You can enjoy the pool according to the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Ideal for rest!
