Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Swimming jetty for saltwater swimming and access to wood-fired sauna with fantastic sea view. Well-planned house with spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Own boat trip that takes less than 5 minutes from the mainland. Small motor boat included. No ferry connection. Commuting distance to Gothenburg in 40 minutes.

We offer our fresh guest house with sleeping loft (not standing height). Large cabin/living room with sofa bed and dining area for six people. Bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom with washing/drying machine. Breakfast tray can be offered. We have 4 bikes to borrow. Here is close to Lycke golf club, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta with touring for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand only 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes to Gothenburg.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Overlooking fields and meadows, you can hear the birds chirping, the aspen leaves bending in the wind and it is not uncommon to see a moose moving forward. You can take a refreshing swim with a short walk to the sea. There are many hiking trails and lookout points. Hållsunga Skafferi - a farm shop within walking distance. Our beautiful island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars here, just houses, small marinas, walking paths, our famous lighthouse, Bohuslän cliffs and saltwater swimming at one of our nice swimming areas. Still, it is easy and easy to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Välkomna till detta lugna, eleganta boende i Tjuvkil. Till Marstrand tar man sig med bil på 10 minuter och till Gullbringa Golfklubb på 5. Om man vill åka buss är hållplatsen (Stenskärsvägen) bara några minuters promenad bort. Det tar även bara 5 min till stranden och bryggorna Vår lilla stuga är utrustad med två 90 cm sängar, ett litet bord med två stolar och ett köksdel med kylskåp, vattenkokare och mikrovågsugn. Toalett med dusch och handfat. Det finns även en uteplats med bord och stolar.
