Forty minute drive to the Peaks of Otter which is popular for hiking. Private parking area and entrance with personalized key-code access for easy self check-in!

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. 15min to Town of Bedford and D-Day Memorial. 35min to Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Smith Mtn Lake. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign).
