Family friendly home in green surrounding. Virum is a quiet and beautiful suburb to Copenhagen. The house is located near the local beach lake ‘Frederiksdals Fribad’ and the many forests in the area. The house is 120 sqm with 3 bedroom - 1 x double bed (200x180), 1 half double bed (140x200) and 1 x single bed (90x200). 2 bathroom and a kitchen, dining room, and living room all in one room. The house has a cozy small back yard and an active front yard with basketball, football, and trampoline.

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.
