While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Nyd naturen, nyd haven med frugttræer og bålsted- ja, nyd livet på landet lige uden for Voldum. En livlig landsby med dagligvarebutik, skole og sportshal. 10 min fra E45, 30 min til Århus centrum, 15 min til Randers. 30 min til Mols Bjerge. Lejligheden er indrettet i den ene ende af vores landhus. Da vores vaskemaskine er i lejligheden, vil vi efter aftale med dig benytte den.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og stor udsyn. Her er stille og rolig omgivelser med skov og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften ved 🔥bålet. Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away.
