Rachel was a great host. Great communication. The house was clean and beds and bedding very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked great with a smart TV so you can watch whatever you want also she let me use her Netflix since I didn't have an account. Pretty much everything you need to live and make dinners for a week or months stay. Washer/dryer is there and easy to use. Easy to call a grab taxi right to the house or just walk out to the street for a trike. For me the location was perfect being halfway between family and Gensan. Safe area with great neighbors. There is a sari sari store just a short walk from the house they probably have anything you need there from food or household items and even a few beers. It is a good 20 to 30 minute taxi into town which isn't bad if you are not going often. I was very happy with the stay and most likely I will be back again in the near future.

Thank you for a cozy home away from home. I will definitely recommend this place. Everything you need is here. Reachable by grab and food panda. There's many nearby store if you want to cook. Walking distance to transportation and a few minutes away from airport.

The place is very nice, clean and accessible. I love the fact that they are very considerate of their clients. They filled the fridge with softdrinks for the clients to buy so that there’s no need to go out and go to the store. All rooms are airconditioned. This place has a very homey feels. We loved our stay here. Thanks Sir JL!
