The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. "Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
