Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. My place is close to the racecourse; you will appreciate its calm, the comfort, the view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.
