Byt je vhodný pro páry, skupinu přátel, rodinu s dětmi, ale i pro domácí mazlíčky (po předchozí domluvě 1 mazlíček, více mazlíčů pouze na žádost). V okolí najdete krásný barokní Broumovský klášter (200 m), CHKO Broumovsko a Adršpašsko-teplické skalní město.
