It has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and Mountain of the island of Pico.

The Balnearic Zones of the Village are close by as well as public transportation. In the vicinity of the Apartment there are grocery areas and also the Centro de Saúde do Concelho There are 4 tennis courts in the area ( 2 in the campsite where there is also a Bar and the others in the Jardim dos Mariços area right in the center of the Village).

Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.
