A spacious two-story house with a size of 5LDK and over 140㎡ in Yachiyo-cho, Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture.It can accommodate up to 13 people. The building was built in 1979 with a distinctive architectural design.The wooden ceiling, the atrium hallway, the skylights that pour in bright light, and other unique spaces that don't look like they belong in a building from half a century ago.In it, we have prepared a place to stay with a calm atmosphere for families and groups, incorporating modern interiors. The first floor has a bright living room facing the garden and a Japanese-style room, and there are plenty of toys and picture books for children to play with.There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so multiple families and groups can use it comfortably.In addition, there are rooms that can be used as a workspace, so it is recommended for remote work and long-term stays. It is also well accessible by car from the city around the station in about 6 minutes.There is also a parking lot for 3 cars, and it is an ideal place to stay as a base for sightseeing spots and event facilities, and for a special stay with friends and family.

Within walking distance, you can find the city's prized Shikishima Park Rose Garden and stylish cafes where young people gather, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the countryside and the city. The land is flat and getting around by car is convenient. If you don't have a car, I recommend renting a car at Maebashi Station. space A one room apartment, so it is completely private. It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
