Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

We’ve just had eight days at Roberto and Barbara’s beautiful villa and it has been a fantastic holiday. Both were very welcoming & hospitable with great communication (although most of was through google translate); they have given us eggs from the chickens, invited us to dinner with family & friends and looked after us the whole time. The villa is spotlessly clean & an extension of their family home which is equipped with everything you might need. The swimming pool is heaven with beautiful views. There are cows, chickens & horses plus one cat & two dogs that are the best behaved animals I have ever met & adorable!! Gorgeous gardens! The villa is situated in a quiet village where you can easily reach top tourist attractions - we explored Siena, Luca & Pisa which were all incredible, Florence which was beautiful but extremely busy & Laverno - not so beautiful 🙈. We also found lots of little Italian towns which were stunning. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Vernazza is small and beautiful, and the apartment location is perfect, especially if you want to walk the Blue trail to Monterossa or to Corniglia. The apartment has a great view from the terrace. The one thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to it, but that is typical of Cinque Terre apartments, as most everything is built on the side of a mountain. The apartment is unique in that there are 2 1/2 levels. The level you arrive on has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a 1/2 level step up that has a nice jacuzzi. To get to the top level, which has the kitchen, living room, and terrace, there is a spiral staircase like one might find on a ship. Franco is very friendly, and even though I didn't speak much Italian and he didn't speak much English, we still managed to communicate. My wife and I slept in the one bedroom with a queen bed, and our 24-year-old daughter and her aunt slept in the other with 2 bunk beds. We all slept well.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!
