Beautiful and quiet location, quite close to Volos and Pelion. Very practical that inside the rooms are on a separate floor.

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

+We were greeted by Mrs. Katerina, who was very helpful. She showed us the house and suggested places to eat. When we had trouble lighting the fireplace wood, which was fresh from the humidity and the rain, immediately brought us dry and helped us light it +The house was warm, there was a heater and air conditioning for heating(Additional mats need to be added in the living room and in the kitchen, as a large surface was uncovered,so prohibitive for children playing downstairs) +The balcony overlooked the sea + Bathroom very nice, recently renovated(A curtain in the window is a must) +The kitchen in great condition(You'll need to add a toaster, some oil and salt) +The french door of the living room and bathroom window were aluminum, unlike the windows in the bedrooms that were classic wooden. Wooden and the main entrance, which needs to be repaired. I highly recommend it, we'll do it again!! Thanks for the stay !!

Eleni was a perfect host, the property is cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood, nearby supermarket and many shops.

Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

Me and my family had the most relaxing stay last week at Mataki guest house! Mata was super responsive and helpful whenever I needed to ask any questions and gave some great recommendations about the area! We loved Skiathos and hope to come back! The air bnb is set back from the town so it’s lovely and peaceful, the location is perfect.

Very beautiful and clean accommodation in an excellent location in the center of Volos. There is private parking next to the property for a price of €10 per 24 hours for their home customers. 100% WORTH STAYING

It can be described as a little gem. The location is very quiet. The view and the space make the stay perfect. Here you want to stay and stay. Below the property there is a fantastically beautiful bay for swimming, with turquoise-blue water. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Lena was very nice and attentive. Really recommended if you want to enjoy the scenery and tranquility.

Simple but clean apartment, traffic situation relatively quiet as the main road ends here soon, if windows closed, no disturbing noise from outside, nice contact on the phone and on site. Numerous restaurants within walking distance, bus station to the city opposite, a beach within walking distance, many others within a few minutes' drive (car or quad), supermarket in the house All in all, a perfect vacation experience for 1 week

We had a wonderful stay at Athena's. The apartment was in a particularly good location and you could walk to everything in minutes. We are also very grateful to Athena for her hospitality and for picking us up from the airport! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you, Athena!

Great place, you could walk to the beach, down to town and short way to the supermarket. Only minus is that there is some traffic that goes by but it went very well.

Rania and the accomodation is a true hidden gem. Never on Airbnb have we had such a welcoming, friendly and generous hosts, just like we’ve never seen an apartment looking so clean and well taken care of, including the amazing garden. Whenever we needed help, instructions or even food, Rania was always there to assist us with a smile on her face and as she says- it was her pleasure. She even gave us homemade food, fruit&vegetables from her garden and fresh water. However keep in mind the apartment is quite far from the main road so we definitely recommend renting a car or a motorcycle, the path is well accessible for good drivers. The surroundings are very quiet and there is a lot of options if you want to sit in the garden or sunbathe. We do want to recommend Rania’s accommodation to anyone considering it, as it truly was a perfect experience and felt more like visiting our own family in the countryside. It definitely was not our last stay. Thank you Rania!

Amazing stay with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, the room was fully equipped with everything and was incredibly quiet. We will definitely be staying again!

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

we chose this place to accommodate our family because of our wedding, and we needed a place to stay for 6 people. honestly, we can't find a minimum negative comment to say. only positive. The space is quite large and comfortable with a large living room capable of welcoming several people, with a large sofa and armchairs but also a table with chairs in an open plan area. The kitchen had all the amenities, oven, refrigerator, equipment (all new) and table and balcony to spread clothes. the rooms comfortable, clean with very comfortable mattresses the beds.2 bathrooms that especially one was comfortable for a 5-star hotel. there was as much washer as well as dryer. large balcony on the side of the living room with great lighting. the location was great as it was center and in 2 minutes you were next to everything. only bravo to Mrs. Maria and George for their heat welcome and polite service. great communication so we needed anything. it was worth the money we gave!

We had a great stay at Sammi's apartment. The place itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to find that Sammi had taken care of everything even small details so that we could feel immediately at home. The location is very convenient and close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

The house was very positioned in the city of Volos, with anything needed to be within a few minutes walking distance. A spotless and very convenient apartment, with all the comforts. Thanasis gave all the information needed and in the living room he had a book with all the local information. perfect for a couple for a weekend or more extended stay.
