Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

We offer a completely independent apartment, inside our wooded park. You have an entrance for your car and a private garden under the trees on one side and the other, a pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the serenity of the park and access the pool. In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance.
