We loved our stay at Kathi’s beautiful home. There’s everything you need there and we were grateful for the extra consumables and special holiday touches. We were able to bring our extended family together from around the globe and we felt right at home for the holidays. We loved the walking trails and being surrounded by nature. It’s relaxing to spend time in the garden, even in the winter, and the stars at night are amazing. Nearest grocery shopping is 8 minutes away and the neighboring villages are picturesque. Kathi was also flexible, which was greatly appreciated! We’d love to return.

We had a very nice time in Steinsfeld. The surrounding fields are great for walks with dogs. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Our children also felt very comfortable. Rothenburg takes about 10 minutes by car, which is definitely worth a trip. The wildlife park in Bad Mergentheim is also highly recommended for a family trip.

A very rustic cottage, which fully fulfills its purpose. There was everything you need in a vacation home. The weather was ordered sunny by the landlady. In short, it was a very relaxing few days. I'm sure to come again,but then with motorcycles , because of the scenery/routes. Best regards from Frankfurt.

wow wow wow!!, if you want to be fully immersed within Rothenburg's beauty and charm then stay in one of Jen's spaces! unique is an understatement! cozy and charming. we had two families and desperately wanted to stay longer but could only fit in one night. Jen is an excellent host who goes above and beyond. breakfast was the best we've had...truly a wonderful stay. do no hesitate to book this space. we found the beds comfy and everything was clean and perfect for our family with kids.

The location was a dream, direct hiking trails from the property. Super convenient with a dog. Samita was also very flexible at check-out.

Carlos communicated well and his place was very modern and clean with great location and skyline view. The checkin process was really interesting !

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The host, Mr. Peter, was extraordinary! Responsive to any question or inquiry. Always present if you need it, but also discreet at the same time. The place is simply fairytale: interior that combines modern with classic, large dining room, spacious leaving, equipped kitchen, breathtaking view, tranquility, direct exit to nature walk, shop at 5-10 minutes walk and also there you can also find a bus station. We will definitely want to come back here in case we are in Frankfurt!

The key handover was very uncomplicated and flexible, Silvio's mother had left us cake and homemade jam for the reception. The apartment is excellently equipped and sparkling clean, the location as a starting point for activities and hikes in the Rhön perfect. We will be happy to come back!

We felt right at home! Patrick and Ariane were really amazing host and the view from the stay was just mind blowing! One of the best stays we’ve ever stayed so far! Another worthy mention are the miniature dolls :) we could find 10 of them!

In terms of service and home, it was top! Only I found the extra pay of two people, but exaggerated! While you are renting the house. He did give a drink bottle as a goodie! Responded quickly, though, when you sat along. Recommended for people who need peace and quiet or want to enjoy nature!

We met here for a family reunion with 3 generations ( 11 people) for a week over Easter. It was a nice time for all of us. The two apartments are super equipped, we didn't miss anything, everything super clean, comfortable beds and a warm welcome. A great offer for the kids, with playroom and toys, games, books and a garage with vehicles everywhere. A public playground is directly adjacent to the property. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

The castle is a dream and was perfect for our extended family gathering with 18 people. Very stylishly furnished, old furniture and high quality design perfectly combined. And the garden is also beautiful! - We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Fantastic beautiful area, quiet village, natural beauty in every direction. House was totally fine for us. Be considerate of communication. The host and Belvilla are two different people and therefore also two different communication channels. By the way, communication was fine. Hopefully again in the future.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

They are very friendly, happy to help you if you need anything and at the same time respect your privacy. In short: we warmly recommend this stay.
