You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! "The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.
