The house sits between two family sandy beaches: Platja Es Morer Vermell and Platja de Sa Font de Sant Joan. 15 min walk to Alcudia listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its medieval ramparts. In a few minutes by car you can discover the old town of Pollenca, the lighthouse of La Victoria, Cala Sant Vicenc and Cape Formentor among others.
