Very cosy apartment-studio only 100 meters from the beach big balcony with seaview. Medium sized, 2nd floor, two bedrooms(two double beds) each with AC and two bathrooms. Small but equiped kitchen with stove, water kettle and microvawe, coffee machine, frying pans, etc.. IMPORTANT(15.06.-15.09.) Parking in front of the house is free, but it is public and not reserved, so if on move with a car it is advisable to park on private parking lot only 3 min from the house FREE OF CHARGE for my guests.

On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
