This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

This holiday villa is private and quiet offering superb sea views from house and verandah. The villa provides a well equipped kitchen with an uncluttered open plan living connected to the front terrace with patio doors. Nestled amongst the Olive trees but only a 5 minute drive to Gaios it offers convenience and relaxation. The spacious verandah hosts a built in BBQ, plenty of sun lounging space and a traditional rock pergola with an outdoor lounge area you can stretch out in and unwind.

The hidden gem on Paxos island

Aphrodite's hidden gem on Paxos island is an amazing place situated at the central-west side of the island in a small neighborhood called Fanariotatika, just 2km away from the port of Gaios. It is situated in a very quiet natural environment away from the noises, 10-15 minutes on foot from Avlaki beach, Bougazi mouth and Galazio sunset. This house is a carefully decorated ideal for one or two guests. The lemon and almond trees in the yard are beautiful and they offer natural shade.

A traditional stone house. Neradu House.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
