Monthly Rentals in Makry Gialos

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is located in a quiet residential area, from the balcony you have a view of the sea and the beach and the restaurants are within walking distance. All rooms are air conditioned and Angelos even provided a basket of wine and fresh fruit. Only late sleepers have to be careful, because the nearby church calls early and gladly for the worship service!

This unit and balcony were huge and had a great view of the ocean. We loved the windows expanding a full length of the wall looking into the oceam. Very peaceful setup. It was supper nice of Nikos and his cleaning lady to leave yummy Geek sweet and homemade Raki for us. Great location, just a few steps from restaurants. Would love to come back to this place again.

The little apartment is located in a fishing village of Makry Gialos, in the far south East of the Island, full of nice restaurants but in a quiet spot, facing the sea. We found it very clean, set up with care. It has a good kitchen, a hair dryer, iron and board, and a very useful little book compiled by the host that described the surroundings. A little terrace and a lot of stray Cats around complete it. Reasonable price. A very good place to be.
