Outside the room, my mother maintains a small terrace garden. around the house also, it is fully covered with lush greenery. We do provide breakfast on demand (not complimentary). There are grocery stores and hotels nearby. There is one river at a walkable distance. Bus services are available all the time.

Set in a large compound on a quiet residential street in the heart of Ottapalam, Palat House is an imposing structure built in typical Kerala style with wide verandahs, terraces and common spaces and marked by lavish woodwork and traditional furniture. There are five bedrooms three of which are air-conditioned.
